TRACKDAY 411 - TYPES OF TRACKDAYS

Max-Time Track Days

  • Intermediate and Advanced riders are grouped in an "open track" combined format.
  • These events will start with a 15-minute session for each group allowing riders to warm up and then switch to an open-track format where you may come and go as you please.
  • Passing Rules: Straights and outside of turns with a six-foot safety zone.
  • NOTE: The Max-Time format is exclusively for experienced Intermediate and Advanced group riders.

Limited Endurance "LED" Track Days

  • Riders at a LED event are split into two groups: Intermediate and Advanced.
  • At a typical 2-group LED day you will receive 30-minute sessions every hour and log approximately 200-260 miles of total track time.
  • NOTE: The LED format is exclusively for experienced Intermediate and Advanced group riders.

WOW "Wide Open Wednesday"

  • Max Time format that accommodates Intermediate and Advanced riders in an "open track" combined format.
  • These events will start with a 15-minute warm up session for each group and then switch to an open-track format where you may come and go as you please.
  • NOTE: The Max-Time format is exclusively for experienced Intermediate and Advanced group riders.

2 Up Session

  • This session will now be incorporated into the last Novice session of the day.
  • All 2 up riders and passengers must have the proper gear and adhere to the Novice rules.
  • There will no longer be a 10 minute session after lunch for "Women Only".
  • NOTE: Participation is strictly limited to ensure a quality experience. 96% of our events sold out in 2009 so sign up now.
  • All Novice group participants receive classroom and on-track instruction with qualified instructors at no additional costs.

Personal instruction is available for the intermediate and advanced riders.
